The Don Elwood Big Band brings you a customized experience for your event. We cover the most popular tunes from the Swing era, along with a variety of dance charts that keep any event hopping. Our set list can include two-step, foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha, tango, latin, and even polka numbers. If a show is more your style, we have a wide selection of tunes to fit the mood of your occasion. For a truly unique experience, we provide some of our own arrangements and original tunes that you won't hear anywhere else. We play indoors or out, and you decide if we play all instrumental or include some vocal numbers. Our musicians hail from along the Front Range, including Cheyenne to Denver. 

The band is available for weddings, receptions, parties, banquets, festivals, and community and corporate events. Our past gigs have included jazz festivals, county fairs, private parties, and large dances. Some organizations regularly book us a year in advance.
